DES Configuration
(Dual Evaporative System)

Dual Evaporative Systems deliver uniform climate and maximizes limited land use

▪ About DES

At Next G3n Greenhouse, we specialize in optimizing greenhouse design for complex site conditions, particularly where available land imposes strict spatial limitations. In cases where only an extended, narrow structure can be accommodated, conventional greenhouse layouts often underperform due to inefficient airflow dynamics. As intake air travels the full length of a very long greenhouse, it accumulates heat, creating uneven environmental conditions that compromise plant health and climate uniformity. To solve this, we implement the Dual Evaporative System (DES), which draws fresh air from both ends and exhausts through a central corridor and roof vents. This creates a uniform climate across all growing zones, while the central corridor also supports workflow, crop movement, and service access. Next G3n collaborates with growers, architects, and engineers to optimize spatial design, improve environmental control, and maximize the value of every square foot of land.

▪ KEY FEATURES

01

Optimized for constrained sites, enabling high-performance greenhouse layouts on narrow or limited land.

02

Even climate distribution through the Dual Evaporative System, which pulls air from both ends and vents through a central corridor.

03

Improved crop health and consistency by eliminating heat buildup and airflow imbalances

04

Central corridor functionality, offering a controlled space for workflow, crop transport, and system access.
